As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager / Senior Vice President to join our leadership team and drive our sales strategy from our Abu Dhabi office.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager / Senior Vice President to lead our sales division, develop high-performing teams, and drive revenue growth across the Abu Dhabi real estate market. You will be responsible for setting sales strategy, building key client relationships, and overseeing the execution of sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record in real estate sales leadership, and enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid work model.

Duties

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, developers, and strategic partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our market presence across Abu Dhabi.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, property exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Stay current with Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
• Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an asset.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi property regulations, market dynamics, and investment trends.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively in the office.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work days.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
• Must have a valid UAE PASS for digital identity verification and onboarding.

Pay: AED145.80 - AED290.80 per hour
