Sales Manager – Medical Center

Glow Up Medical Center is looking for an experienced Arabic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the medical field and a proven ability to lead and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Lead, train, and monitor the sales team performance
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base
- Monitor KPIs and ensure team targets are met
- Coordinate with marketing to enhance lead generation
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Arabic speaker is a must
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical field (sales/management)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
