About This Role
Drive sales growth in Dubai by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients across diverse industries. Achieve revenue targets while representing the company professionally in a multicultural market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and partnerships.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts; act as primary point of contact for major clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align on go-to-market plans and customer feedback.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales approach.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
Train, mentor, and supervise junior sales staff (if applicable).
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages an advantage.
Proven track record: 3+ years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in Dubai or the GCC market.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Valid UAE work authorization or willingness to relocate.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
