Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Channel Sales Manager** to drive partner-led revenue growth for our AI products across the UAE and GCC region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a strong channel partner ecosystem to accelerate market penetration and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to promote and sell AI products across UAE and GCC.
  • Identify, onboard, enable, and manage channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and distributors.
  • Drive revenue growth through partner-led sales initiatives and joint go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct partner training, product enablement sessions, and sales workshops.
  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel strategies.
  • Manage channel sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting against targets.
  • Support partners in deal closures, negotiations, and customer presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the AI and technology space.
  • Ensure partners adhere to company branding, pricing, and compliance guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum **4+ years of experience** in **channel sales or partner management**, preferably in **AI, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology**.
  • Proven experience selling technology solutions in the **UAE and wider GCC market**.
  • Strong network of channel partners and resellers in the region.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through indirect sales models.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise customers.

Preferred Criteria

  • Prior experience working with AI-driven products or advanced digital solutions.
  • Experience managing multi-country channel partners within the GCC.
