Real Estate Sales Team Leader – Brokerage (Proven UAE Track Record)
**Location:** Dubai, UAE
**Experience:** Minimum 1+ year in a leadership role within a UAE real estate brokerage

Key Requirements
- **UAE Real Estate Experience is Mandatory** — profiles without UAE brokerage experience will not be considered
- Minimum **1+ year in a leadership role** (Team Leader / Sales Manager) within a brokerage firm
- **Proven sales track record** — consistent monthly closures and revenue generation
- Strong experience in **managing, mentoring, and scaling sales teams**
- Deep understanding of **Dubai real estate market, developers, and projects**
- Ability to **drive numbers, not just conversations**
