We are working exclusively with a multi-award-winning international real estate investment developer, recently recognised as one of the fastest-growing luxury property groups in Southeast Asia and the Indian Ocean.
Following record sales volume in 2024, they are expanding their global partner network and hiring a B2B Manager to lead broker and agency channel development across English-speaking markets.
The role
You will build and own a structured partner network of brokers, agencies, and investor-facing intermediaries — driving deals from first contact through to signature.
Remote and self-directed, reporting to the Head of Sales.
What you will do
- Build and maintain a network of 40+ active real estate partners
- Manage inbound leads and run outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom, and Google Meet
- Own deals end-to-end from first contact to close
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity in CRM
- What we are looking for
- Proven B2B sales experience in investment real estate in UAE, Cyprus, Thailand, Spain, or similar international markets
- An existing broker or investor database is a major advantage
- Strong English (native or near-native). German, Russian, or Spanish are a plus
- CRM-proficient, comfortable with digital sales tools and remote working
