Role overview

Sales and account management

• Acquire and retain clients according to sales strategies, market segments, and geographic zones, and meet or exceed sales and revenue budgets.
• Develop key account plans aligned with the Fraser Suites Riyadh business plan; maintain client and sales-call records.
• Run familiarization and entertainment programs for target accounts and coordinate with hotel departments on customer service.
• Monitor booking patterns, room-night productivity, cancellations, market trends, seasonality, and competitor activity.
• Work with Reservations and sales colleagues on leads; participate in trade shows, events, and promotions.

Banquet and conference coordination

• Manage banquet sales and coordinate in-house and external conferencing, keeping communication open with hotel operations and maintaining service standards.
• Prepare reports requested by the Director of Sales and Marketing or General Manager.

Qualifications

• Hotel sales experience at managerial level within an internationally recognized hotel chain in the GCC market.
• Experience handling key accounts and generating new business in premium markets.
• Ability to lead presentations, negotiate, close deals, and manage tasks through completion.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English; strong organization and coordination skills.
• Administration or Hotel Management degree is beneficial; relevant Marketing or Sales qualifications are advantageous.
• Hotel PMS knowledge, including HIS or Opera, is advantageous; competence with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software is expected.
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability to a 24/7 hotel environment, and ability to meet deadlines are expected.
