Lifeguard role with Frasers Hospitality at Fraser Suites, Doha.
Provides guest service and enforces facility policies and procedures.
Prepares, cleans, and supervises assigned leisure facilities and responds to guest requests and special needs.
Responsibilities
- Check guest identification and facility access using control desk systems.
- Greet guests, share recreation-program information, and assist with memberships, reservations, and event setup.
- Respond to emergencies, follow procedures, and intervene in disputes or unsafe behavior.
- Manage stocks and requisitions; report accidents and incidents to supervisors.
- Clean and maintain activity areas, safeguard belongings, handle keys, and support event service needs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, fire, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
- Supervise pool behavior, check equipment daily, and support hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Secondary education and confident spoken and written English skills.
- First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguarding certifications; competent swimmer.
- Previous experience in a similar role and in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Understanding of recreation facilities manuals, administrative guidelines, safety practices, and appropriate facility use.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused, enthusiastic approach.
