About the Role

Advance Medical is looking for a dynamic and visionary Sales Manager to spearhead our sales division and drive market expansion.

We are seeking a high-caliber leader who can transform targets into achievements and build lasting strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of proven track record in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role (Healthcare/Medical industry experience is highly preferred).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related Medical field.

Strategic Mindset: Expertise in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.

Proven ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.

Leadership Skills

Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing sales teams.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare providers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.

Lead the sales team by setting clear KPIs, providing coaching, and evaluating performance.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and brand consistency.
