About This Role

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Sales Manager** to join our growing team in the Interior Fit-Out sector in **Saudi Arabia (KSA)**.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within interiors, architecture, or construction, with a proven ability to secure and manage high-value projects.

You will play a key role in driving business growth, developing client relationships, and winning major design and fit-out projects across commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors.

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the KSA interior fit-out market
  • Generate leads through networking, industry contacts, consultants, and contractors
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and project opportunities

Market Expansion

  • Build strong market presence across KSA within the interiors and fit-out industry
  • Develop strategic relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and key stakeholders

Project Acquisition & Tendering

  • Identify, pursue, and secure major interior design and fit-out projects
  • Prepare and submit proposals and respond to tenders effectively and on time

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
  • Act as the main point of contact for major accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business

Coordination & Execution Support

  • Work closely with design, estimation, and project execution teams
  • Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered accurately
  • Support contract negotiations in coordination with senior management

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the interior design / fit-out / construction industry (KSA experience preferred)
  • Strong network within developers, consultants, architects, and contractors in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large projects
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects
  • **Valid driving license in KSA (required)**
  • **Ability to commute or relocate within Saudi Arabia**
