Your Mission

Drive volume growth and build strong client relationships while aggressively expanding category penetration across chains and groups.

50% -> Revenue Growth & Volume Expansion

  • Segment revenue growth
  • Expansion across chain locations
  • Category penetration per account

20% -> New Account Acquisition

  • Opening new restaurant groups
  • Replacing incumbent suppliers

• Managing Account Managers

  • Driving field activity and discipline

10% -> Commercial Execution

  • Pricing and deal structuring
  • Managing margins

5% -> Market Intelligence

  • Tracking new concepts and expansions

Experience

7–10+ years experience in HoReCa sales, key account management — RECA segment

Strong relationships within restaurant groups, café chains, and coffee brands

Experience

managing medium and large chains

Background with food distributors or hospitality suppliers preferred

Comfortable negotiating pricing, rebates, and volume agreements

Proven ability to acquire new accounts and expand product penetration

Solution-based selling approach

Structured, KPI-driven mindset

Strong team leadership and coaching skills

Willing to travel within KSA
