Ghezaa is a regional F&B distribution leader under the GFS Group, operating across the Middle

East & Africa.

We represent 50+ exclusive international brands spanning proteins, dairy,

beverages, bakery, and packaging — serving HoReCa, Retail, Industrial, and Special Projects.

We are restructuring our Foodservice division and looking to have top professionals joining us.

You Mission

Build deep, specification-driven relationships and convert them into structured, multi-category supply

partnerships.

45% -> Segment Revenue Growth

  • Revenue growth across Hotel and Fine dining accounts
  • Category penetration across key clients
  • Multi-location account expansion

Strategic Account Development

  • Ownership of top-tier hotel groups
  • Securing long-term supply agreements
  • Increasing Ghezaa's share of wallet

• Managing Account Managers

  • Driving field discipline and pipeline visibility
  • Coaching solution-selling approach

Commercial Negotiation

  • High-value contract negotiation
  • Pricing and positioning execution

Market Intelligence

  • Tracking hospitality expansion
  • Identifying competitor positioning

Experience

8-10+ years experience in Foodservice sales, key account management - Hotels & Fine Dining.

Strong relationships within hotel groups, and restaurant chains.

Experience

managing multi-location hospitality accounts

Background with food distributors or hospitality suppliers preferred

Comfortable negotiating pricing, rebates, and volume agreements

Proven ability to expand product penetration

Structured, KPI-driven mindset

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Willing to travel within assigned market
