This is not a supervisory role. This is a commercial leadership role.

Build deep, specification-driven relationships and convert them into structured, multi-category supply
partnerships.

Experience
8-10+ years experience in Foodservice sales, key account management - Hotels & Fine Dining.
Strong relationships within hotel groups, and restaurant chains.
Experience managing multi-location hospitality accounts
Background with food distributors or hospitality suppliers preferred
Comfortable negotiating pricing, rebates, and volume agreements
Proven ability to expand product penetration
Structured, KPI-driven mindset
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Willing to travel within assigned market
