Ghezaa is a regional F&B distribution leader under the GFS Group, operating across the Middle

East & Africa. We represent 50+ exclusive international brands spanning proteins, dairy,

beverages, bakery, and packaging — serving HoReCa, Retail, Industrial, and Special Projects.

We are restructuring our Foodservice division and looking to have top professionals joining us.

This is not a supervisory role. This is a commercial leadership role.

Experience

8-10+ years experience in Foodservice sales, key account management - Hotels & Fine Dining.

Strong relationships within hotel groups, and restaurant chains.

Experience managing multi-location hospitality accounts

Background with food distributors or hospitality suppliers preferred

Comfortable negotiating pricing, rebates, and volume agreements

Proven ability to expand product penetration

Structured, KPI-driven mindset

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Willing to travel within assigned market
