Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager & Business Partner to join our institute in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in driving student enrollment, business growth, team management, and strategic development of the institute.

This position combines sales leadership with business partnership responsibilities, including performance-based incentives and profit-sharing opportunities.

The candidate will oversee daily sales operations, lead marketing and promotional activities, manage customer relationships, and contribute to the overall vision, growth, and financial success of the institute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase student enrollment and business growth.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, corporate clients, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
  • Plan and execute branding, advertising, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Mentor and train team members to improve productivity and professional development.
  • Support operational planning and contribute to the institute’s long-term business objectives.
  • Coordinate with management on budgeting, revenue planning, and growth initiatives.
  • Represent the institute professionally during meetings, events, and business discussions.

& Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing, Advertising, Brand Positioning, and Lead Generation.
  • Excellent strategic planning and business analysis skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in managing teams and driving performance-oriented culture.
  • Familiarity with the education or training sector will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
