Sales Manager - Marketing and Operation

About This Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand service offerings, and manage lead generation pipelines.
• Track and manage sales from initial contact to conversion, ensuring all targets are met or exceeded.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance updates, and reports to senior management.
• Oversee promotional campaigns and sales initiatives, coordinating with the marketing team.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

2. Business Center Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Work closely with operations and facilities teams to maintain high-quality service, safety, and compliance standards.
• Manage booking of office spaces, meeting rooms, and other facilities as required by clients.
• Handle customer concerns, issues, or complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor overall operational efficiency and suggest improvements for service delivery.

3. Team Leadership & Training

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and operations teams for centers.
• Align team performance with sales goals, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
• Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Foster a positive work environment to maintain high morale, engagement, and productivity.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to retain and grow business opportunities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Meet with clients regularly to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.

5. Marketing & Brand Management

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Biz City and Biz Elite Business Centers via digital and traditional channels.
• Support brand positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across both locations.

6. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and present regular sales and operations reports to senior management.
• Analyze sales data, client feedback, and market trends to develop actionable plans for continuous improvement.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
