About This Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager / Business Development professional to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting ELV, CCTV, and security system solutions across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV and CCTV projects
  • Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings when required
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution
  • Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and payment collections
  • Maintain updated knowledge of ELV systems, CCTV, Access Control, and related solutions
  • Develop marketing and sales strategies to increase company revenue

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in Sales or Business Development for ELV/CCTV systems
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and other ELV systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
  • UAE driving license is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
