Overview

We are looking for a highly driven **Sales Manager & Key Account Manager** with proven UAE experience in corporate travel.

This role is focused on acquiring new corporate clients, managing high-value accounts, and driving revenue growth across flights, hotels, MICE, visas, and end-to-end travel solutions.

This is not a general sales role, candidates **must have hands-on UAE corporate travel experience** and a strong client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive **new business acquisition** across UAE, MEA & CIS markets
  • Manage and grow **key corporate accounts** with high revenue potential
  • Conduct **client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations**
  • Handle **end-to-end corporate travel solutions** (flights, hotels, MICE, visas)
  • Perform **Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)** with clients
  • Ensure **client retention, service excellence, and revenue growth**
  • Collaborate with operations, ticketing & finance teams
  • Monitor account profitability, credit terms, and payment cycles**Mandatory Requirements (Strict)**
  • Minimum **3–5 years UAE experience in corporate travel sales / key account management**
  • **Profiles without UAE corporate travel experience will not be considered**

  • Commercial mindset with focus on revenue & margins
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
