Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at First Luxury Logistics Services.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
include creating sales strategies, managing accounts, conducting market analyses, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the Sales Manager will prepare sales reports and forecasts, and act as a primary point of contact for prospects and key accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Analytical skills for market research, sales analysis, and forecasting
- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting software, and other relevant technologies
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
