Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and sales targets.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the sales team.
  • Set individual sales targets and KPIs for property consultants and brokers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities.
  • Coach, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Develop relationships with property developers, landlords, and key clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Real Estate Brokerage License is an advantage
