Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and sales targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the sales team.
- Set individual sales targets and KPIs for property consultants and brokers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities.
- Coach, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with property developers, landlords, and key clients
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Real Estate Brokerage License is an advantage
