Currently we are seeking Sales Manager - Fire & PAVA , located in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

What You’ll Do

  • Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving sales targets for Fire Alarm and PAVA systems across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The role requires fulfilling technical inquiries as well as commercial sales requirements.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales and marketing plans to ensure product and service growth, including strategies for introducing new product lines, expanding within existing markets, and developing new market opportunities.
  • Develop annual and long-term action plans designed to achieve Eaton’s growth objectives in the assigned territories.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of quotations for projects and customers within the assigned regions.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales analyses to provide management with updated information on sales results and forecasts.
  • Provide full technical support to clients and consultants, ensuring acceptance of designs, specifications, and proposed solutions, and responding to technical inquiries related to ongoing projects and end users in the region.
  • 6. Strengthen technical and commercial interaction with clients and consultants to ensure the inclusion of the company’s products in technical specifications and to enhance market positioning.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to secure all required technical approvals and certifications for Eaton products.
  • Maintain effective relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users to support the desired market position of the products.
  • Provide management with advice and recommendations regarding product requirements, market needs, and competitive trends to ensure maximum market share and sustainable growth.
  • Manage distribution channels, including sell-out performance and stock refill cycles, to ensure product availability and effective market coverage.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other Eaton divisions to support cross-selling efforts and integrated solutions within the assigned territory.

Qualifications&Skills

  • Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial.
  • 7 years experience in Sales and Marketing of Electrical Systems - Candidate must posses good direct selling skills in KSA
  • Technical knowledge in Fire Alarm and/or Low Current Systems.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical products and instrumentation.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Transferable Iqama is required.
