Role Overview
Seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Electronics to lead and grow sales operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Proven ability to manage teams, build channel relationships, and deliver revenue growth in the KSA market.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for electronics products (e.g., consumer electronics, home appliances).
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned territories.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives/account managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and B2B clients across KSA.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform strategy.
- Negotiate trade terms, contracts, and promotional plans with partners.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
- Ensure proper merchandising, stock availability, and after-sales support in coordination with relevant teams.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the electronics industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong network within the KSA electronics retail/distribution market preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
