The organization seeks an IT team member to design, implement, manage, and support network and server infrastructure.
The role also maintains security systems and telephony and supports reliable operations across IT platforms.
Network and systems responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage, and support network infrastructure; administer firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and make necessary optimizations or upgrades.
- Manage and secure Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Support CCTV surveillance systems and ensure network integration; administer and troubleshoot IP-based PABX systems.
- Document network configurations, system updates, and incidents; collaborate with internal teams on projects and technical issues.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on network and systems administration experience.
- Strong expertise configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Proficiency administering Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022.
- Experience setting up, configuring, and integrating CCTV systems; working knowledge of IP-based PABX systems.
- CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or Fortinet NSE certifications are a plus.
