Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Admissions Manager to lead student recruitment and admissions operations.
The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, driving enrollment and revenue targets, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and enrolled students.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete admissions cycle, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team to improve performance and conversions.
- Monitor lead management and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
- Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students on programs and career pathways.
- Analyze CRM data to track performance and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with academic and support teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Participate in events, fairs, and promotional activities to drive student recruitment.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions performance and pipeline status.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of UAE experience in admissions, student counseling, or education sales.
- Proven experience in managing or supervising a team.
- Strong understanding of the UAE education market.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and deliver results.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools.
