Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing client relationships, and achieving monthly targets for interior fit-out, renovation, and construction-related projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and knowledge of the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and site visits.
- Meet clients and understand their project requirements.
- Present company services and solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with estimation and design teams.
- Follow up with clients for approvals and project confirmations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and company KPIs.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings and project discussions professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–3 years of UAE sales experience preferred.
- Experience in interior fit-out, construction, furniture, or related field is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- UAE driving license preferred.
