We are currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and support our sales operations and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and business objectives
- Lead, supervise, and support the sales team in achieving individual and departmental goals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, corporate clients, distributors, and business partners
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with prospective customers
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer support and project execution
- Support business expansion initiatives related to mobility products, medical equipment, and vehicle modification solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional after-sales support
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive
- Strong background in:
- Medical sales or healthcare-related products
- Mobility equipment and accessibility solutions
- Automotive accessories or vehicle modification industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, client acquisition, and business development
- Ability to manage teams, sales targets, and multiple client accounts effectively
- Professional presentation and problem-solving skills
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
- Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred
- Immediate joiners are preferred
