Role Overview
We are looking for a **dynamic and results-oriented Wellness Consultant** to guide clients through their transformation journey.
This is a **client-facing, consultative role with a strong sales component**, ideal for candidates from healthcare, wellness, or business backgrounds who are passionate about helping clients achieve real results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand goals (weight loss, body contouring, skin, etc.)
- Recommend suitable treatment plans in coordination with medical team
- Explain procedures, packages, and expected results clearly and confidently
- Convert consultations into treatment plans (**sales responsibility**)
- Follow up with clients to ensure progress, satisfaction, and retention
- Provide basic lifestyle and wellness guidance to support outcomes
- Build strong client relationships and ensure a premium experience
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with clinic team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
