Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Manager will build ,lead and manage a team of sales professionals, develop sales strategies, and set targets to achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities
include identifying and cultivating client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and providing mentorship to the sales team.
The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and contributing to the company's continued growth in the luxury real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, business development, and relationship management mainly in Real Estate
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
- Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and competitor strategies
- Knowledge of luxury real estate markets, including buying, selling, and leasing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and familiarity with the UAE property market
- Minimum 3 years Real Estate experience in Managerial role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
