Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, improve lead conversion, and achieve monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to build a structured sales process that turns qualified leads into closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Set individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and performance plans.
  • Monitor daily sales activity, lead follow-ups, pipeline movement, and deal progress.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase conversion rates and revenue.
  • Support the team in client meetings, negotiations, and closing high-value deals.
  • Review CRM activity and ensure accurate data entry, follow-up tracking, and reporting.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, lost deals, and market trends.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents or executives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the team follows company sales processes, pricing policies, and client service standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, in real estate.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales pipelines, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to manage a sales team under pressure and drive consistent results.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market is preferred.
  • Experience in real estate, property sales, construction, luxury goods, or B2B sales is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

Competitive salary plus commission/incentives based on experience and performance.

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
