Requirements

• Minimum **2 years of HR experience in a Dubai Real Estate company** (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
• Familiar with visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID, insurance, and employee documentation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Must be familiar with the Dubai real estate industry and brokerage environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all HR operations of the company
• Manage recruitment and hiring for real estate agents and support staff
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, grievances, warnings, and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
• Monitor employee performance and attendance
• Coordinate visa, labor, and insurance processes
• Support management with HR strategy and workforce planning
