Job Summary

Hiring urgently!

We are looking for an experienced Male Accountant with strong Dubai market experience to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, VAT filing support, reconciliations, and reporting.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and business documentation processes.

Preferrably worked in real estate sector.

Immediate joiner needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and expense records.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and ledgers.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and supplier/customer account reconciliations.
  • Support VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and company expenses.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal records.
  • Coordinate with banks, suppliers, clients, and external auditors when required.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
  • Assist with payroll processing, if required.
  • Use accounting software to manage records and reports efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of accounting experience in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, invoicing, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar.
  • Good understanding of accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential financial information.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or trading is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • UAE VAT filing experience.
  • Previous experience working with auditors.
  • Knowledge of corporate tax is an advantage.
  • Ability to join immediately is preferred.
  • Company is giving visa and other benefits along with an attractive salary package.
  • Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
