Job Opening: Real Estate Sales Agent
We are hiring a motivated **Real Estate Sales Agent** to join our growing team in Dubai.
Males and females from all over.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, target-driven, and serious about building a career in real estate sales.
You will be responsible for closing the leads we provide you, handling client inquiries, conducting property viewings, and closing deals across residential properties.
We work on off-plan projects and secondary marketing.
Responsibilities
- Call prospects, qualify clients, and schedule meetings or viewings
- Present properties professionally and confidently
- Conduct property viewings and support clients throughout the sales process
- Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
- Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and deal progress
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, communities, and pricing
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert campaign leads into deals
Requirements
- Previous real estate sales experience is preferred in Dubai.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in calling, following up, and closing clients
- Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Professional appearance and client-handling skills
- UAE driving license
- English is required, additional languages are a plus
