Job Opening: Junior Marketing Executive

We are looking for a **Junior Marketing Executive** to join our team and support our digital marketing, social media, and lead generation activities.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Meta Ads, social media content, basic reporting, and day-to-day marketing coordination.

You do not need to be a senior strategist, but you must be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, creatives, and budget tracking
  • Track leads, CPL, CTR, campaign performance, and basic reporting
  • Coordinate social media content posting and scheduling
  • Support with captions, stories, reels, and basic content ideas
  • Communicate with designers, sales teams, and vendors when needed
  • Help maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and lead sheets
  • Monitor competitor activity and suggest simple improvements

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of marketing experience
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager and google ads.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook
  • Good written English
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up
  • Real estate marketing experience is a plus
  • Canva, CapCut, or basic design/video editing skills are a plus

You understand that marketing is not only posting content, but also tracking leads, improving campaigns, and supporting sales results.

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
