About The Role

Lead our Surveillance Division and drive sustainable revenue growth across enterprise and government sectors.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on business development capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and support major deal closures
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers
  • Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and provide guidance
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure accurate reporting
  • Expand channel partnerships and increase market coverage

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in CCTV, Surveillance, or Physical Security
  • 2–3 years in a team leadership role
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • English required; Arabic is an advantage
