Domus Flower LLC seeks an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand its wholesale flower business in Dubai.
The business operates in flower wholesale and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase wholesale flower sales across the UAE market.
- Build and maintain relationships with florists, event companies, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage sales targets, pricing negotiations, and contract agreements.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in wholesale flower sales or floral distribution.
- At least 4 years of FMCG experience.
- A UAE driving license is required.
- Strong knowledge of fresh flowers, floral products, and the UAE flower market.
- Proven B2B sales and client management track record.
- An existing network among UAE florists, hotels, event planners, and retailers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience with import/export flower trading is a plus.
