HYM Investment Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for building materials sales in Dubai.
The role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, achieving targets, and expanding the company's UAE market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads in the UAE market.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and construction companies.
- Promote and sell building materials and related products.
- Identify and follow up on new construction and project opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices and commercial terms.
- Follow up with customers from enquiry through order confirmation and delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding receivables.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in building materials sales in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and building materials market.
- Existing contacts with contractors, developers, consultants, or construction companies are advantageous.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification is preferred.
- Candidates able to join immediately are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
