Experienced automotive maintenance and repair services sales professional to manage and grow the maintenance department.

Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell maintenance and repair services to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, parts, and service options.
- Work with marketing on campaigns, content ideas, and strategies to attract customers.
- Supervise maintenance-section operations, quality, and workflow.
- Manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, close sales, and support customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and achieve a monthly sales target of AED 500,000.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional sales experience in automotive maintenance or service departments.
- Luxury car experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, service pricing, and vehicle systems.
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and control maintenance-section operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prepare and present an interview proposal for promoting maintenance services with the marketing team.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 10,000–15,000 per month, plus performance-based commission.
