Position Summary
On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking to appoint a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager Commercial Leasing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial leasing activities, generating new business, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the company's strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new commercial leasing opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, ensuring superior client satisfaction.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments; provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Lease Negotiation: Lead and manage lease negotiations with prospective tenants, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and objectives.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve leasing targets.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, leasing pipeline, and market conditions for senior leadership.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with property management and marketing teams to ensure effective execution of leasing activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing and business development, preferably within the Abu Dhabi market.

- In-depth understanding of the commercial real estate landscape in Abu Dhabi
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: AED 15,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
