Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and real estate brokers.
• Develop and implement indirect-channel sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Drive lead generation through indirect channels and ensure inquiries are registered and followed up properly.
• Monitor conversion rates, identify funnel gaps, and improve conversion at each stage.
• Oversee transaction compliance, including policy adherence, contract registration or termination, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Investigate customer and broker complaints, find solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product or regulation changes; share insights to improve strategy.
• Recruit or train brokers on new and existing projects, product specifications, pricing, and sales processes as needed.
• Track and report channel KPIs, including revenue, leads, conversion, and partner performance.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in real estate sales, particularly with indirect channels or brokers.
• Proven sales track record and ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong network among brokers or channel partners in the Dubai/UAE region.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and partners simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
