Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of high-rise construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement quality control measures.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with various teams, including engineering, architecture, and subcontractors, to ensure effective collaboration.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to the management team.
- Manage and mitigate project risks, identifying potential issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records, ensuring data integrity.
- Support the Project Manager in developing and implementing project plans and strategies.
- Foster a safe work environment by promoting HSE practices and conducting regular safety audits.
Qualifications
- BE Civil Qualification or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in high-rise construction projects in the GCC region.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects independently.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and best practices.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
