Sales Manager

Role purpose

Key responsibilities

• Build broker and channel partner relationships; develop indirect-channel sales plans and strategies to achieve targets.
• Drive lead generation, efficient inquiry registration, and follow-up; monitor conversion and address funnel gaps.
• Oversee transaction compliance, including contracts, invoicing, and payment collections.
• Resolve customer and broker complaints and follow through to resolution.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, product changes, and regulations; communicate insights.
• Recruit or train brokers on projects, products, pricing, and sales processes as needed.
• Report channel KPIs, including revenue, leads, conversion, and partner performance.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Significant real estate sales experience, particularly with brokers or indirect channels.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong broker or channel partner network in Dubai/UAE.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and partners.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
