Role overview

What you'll do

• Analyze business processes and translate opportunities into AI-powered solutions.
• Design AI applications, intelligent tools, AI agents, and automated workflows.
• Use LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, APIs, agents, and automation technologies to solve business problems.
• Integrate applications and systems to connect workflows across functions.
• Build RPA and workflow automations with Power Automate, n8n, UiPath, Make, or similar platforms.
• Develop ideas and prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams and the Head of Transformation to develop, deploy, and improve AI solutions.

What we're looking for

• Practical experience in several areas including AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, Python or JavaScript, APIs, RAG, agents, application development, RPA, workflow automation, databases, or cloud AI platforms.
• Able to understand business problems, design solutions, build them, and make them work.
• Able to understand business processes and technology, translate business needs into technical solutions, and consider end-to-end workflows.
• Enjoys experimenting with emerging AI technologies and applying them in practical applications.
• Has a build, test, learn, and improve mindset.
