Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah for a Sales Logistics Specialist.

The role involves managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

include coordinating logistics processes, monitoring shipments, liaising with vendors and government agencies, and ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations.

The Sales Logistics Specialist will handle freight forwarding operations, follow up on deliveries, and contribute to achieving sales targets by identifying opportunities and negotiating deals with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales and familiarity with sales processes and negotiation techniques
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management and knowledge of supply chain operations and procedures
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding and managing transportation documentation and compliance
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desired
