Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Freight Operation role based in Jeddah.
The selected candidate will manage day-to-day freight operations, ensuring timely and secure transportation of shipments.
Key responsibilities
include coordinating with clients and government authorities, preparing logistics documentation, tracking shipments, and handling customs clearance processes.
The role also involves continuous process improvements to ensure operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify patterns, and solve logistical challenges
- Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Proficiency in Sales and an ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Operations Management for handling day-to-day logistics tasks and ensuring process efficiency
- Project Management skills to organize, plan, and execute freight operations within deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of customs regulations and a background in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
