Fresh Start is the largest footwear reuse and recycling operation in the world, processing over 100,000 pairs of shoes per day across multiple international markets.

The business operates across four distinct areas: B2B wholesale and partner supply, repair and recycling, stocklot trading, and e-commerce.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven

Sales Lead

to spearhead business development for our

Gym Mats, EPDM Playground Surfaces, Rubber Flooring, and Jogging Track Solutions

.

The ideal candidate will bring strong market understanding, technical product knowledge, and a proven ability to build long‑term client relationships across the construction, fitness, education, and municipal sectors.

This role is designed for a proactive professional who can drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead client engagements from prospecting to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end sales activities for gym mats, playground surfacing, jogging tracks, and rubber flooring solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across contractors, consultants, gyms, schools, municipalities, and developers.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and site assessments.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build strategic partnerships with distributors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions aligned with client requirements.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategies.
