About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven
Sales Lead
to spearhead business development for our
Gym Mats, EPDM Playground Surfaces, Rubber Flooring, and Jogging Track Solutions
.
The ideal candidate will bring strong market understanding, technical product knowledge, and a proven ability to build long‑term client relationships across the construction, fitness, education, and municipal sectors.
This role is designed for a proactive professional who can drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead client engagements from prospecting to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end sales activities for gym mats, playground surfacing, jogging tracks, and rubber flooring solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across contractors, consultants, gyms, schools, municipalities, and developers.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and site assessments.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build strategic partnerships with distributors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions aligned with client requirements.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategies.

- Strong background in

- UAE/GCC market experience is a strong advantage.
