About This Role

Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven Institutional Sales & Growth Lead to lead investor relations, strategic partnerships, and institutional business development initiatives across the GCC and international markets.

This role is ideal for someone with strong exposure to institutional sales, capital raising, private markets, digital assets, fintech, or alternative investments.

The candidate will play a key role in building relationships with family offices, institutional investors, private banks, wealth managers, strategic partners, and ecosystem participants.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial instincts with hands-on experience in Web3, blockchain, crypto ecosystems, fintech infrastructure, or alternative investments, and understands how to build and scale institutional relationships in high-growth markets.

Institutional Business Development

  • Build and manage relationships with family offices, institutional investors, private banks, wealth managers, HNWIs, and strategic allocators.
  • Identify and onboard new institutional clients, strategic partners, and commercial opportunities across GCC and global markets.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand institutional adoption and market penetration.

Capital Raising & Investor Relations

  • Support fundraising, capital-raising, and investor engagement initiatives.
  • Present investment opportunities, digital asset products, structured products, or strategic initiatives to prospective investors and partners.
  • Manage investor communication, relationship management, and engagement throughout the investment lifecycle.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Source, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintech firms, exchanges, custodians, payment providers, and ecosystem participants.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to structure commercial opportunities and partnership models.

Market Expansion & Growth

  • Drive regional and international expansion efforts across UAE, GCC, Europe, and emerging markets.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, investor meetings, and ecosystem forums.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities.

Institutional Operations & Execution

  • Coordinate with compliance, legal, finance, and operations teams for institutional onboarding, due diligence, and transaction execution.
  • Support institutional sales cycles from origination to negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain strong understanding of institutional workflows, onboarding standards, and relationship management processes.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in:
  • Institutional sales
  • Investor relations
  • Capital raising
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Wealth management
  • Private banking
  • Business development
  • Fintech or digital assets
  • Strong network across:
  • Family offices
  • Institutional investors
  • Wealth managers
  • Private banks
  • Strategic investment ecosystem participants
  • Proven ability to source, manage, and close high-value institutional relationships and commercial opportunities.
  • Hands-on experience in Web3, blockchain, crypto ecosystems, digital assets, tokenization, stablecoins, fintech infrastructure, or alternative investments is highly preferred.
  • Strong growth, strategic marketing, and partnership-building expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of GCC/UAE financial ecosystem and institutional market landscape.

Experience

  • working with:
  • Digital asset exchanges
  • OTC desks
  • Alternative investment platforms
  • Tokenization infrastructure
  • Wealth-tech or fintech companies
  • Background in investment banking, Islamic finance, or Shariah-compliant financial products is considered a strong plus.
  • Exposure to VARA, ADGM, DIFC, or international financial regulatory environments is advantageous.
