About This Role

Overview This role operates as a quota-carrying OT Security Solution Sales Specialist, acting as a specialist overlay to Account Managers who own the customer relationship. The Specialist partners closely with CPX Account Management and CPX Delivery business units to design, position, and propose OT Security solutions aligned to customer operational requirements, business outcomes, and delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a quota-carrying OT Security Solution Sales Specialist responsible for achieving assigned revenue targets.
  • Operate in a specialist overlay capacity alongside Account Managers who retain overall customer ownership and commercial accountability.
  • Lead OT Security solutioning, value articulation, and proposal development for complex industrial and critical infrastructure opportunities.
  • Collaborate extensively with CPX Delivery teams, architects, and subject-matter experts during solution definition, pricing, and proposal stages.
  • Support customer meetings, workshops, proposal defenses, and executive presentations focused on OT Security and cyber-physical risk reduction.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, threats, and regulatory requirements in OT cybersecurity.

Lead consultative sales discussions to uncover and qualify customer needs, evaluate their existing infrastructure, and then work with the relevant OT Cyber Defence Business Units to propose suitable solutions for their OT Environments.

Qualifications Skills/Certifications (Technical & Non-Technical)

  • Deep expertise in Operational Technology (OT) Security, including ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and industrial networks across Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Transportation, and Critical Infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience positioning and selling OT Security services and solutions such as OT risk assessments, IEC 62443 programs, network segmentation (Purdue Model), secure remote access, OT SOC/monitoring, and OT incident response.
  • Strong understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, OPC, PROFINET) and security controls tailored to safety- and availability-critical environments.
  • Ability to engage OT engineers, plant managers, operations teams, IT security leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Practical knowledge of OT and industrial security standards including IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP (where applicable), and ISO 27001 applied to OT environments.
  • Proven experience operating as a quota-carrying specialist overlay, working in partnership with Account Managers.
  • Strong commercial skills including pipeline ownership, forecasting, pricing, margins, and deal qualification for OT Security opportunities.
  • Available in the UAE

Minimum Work Experience

  • 8–12 years of total experience, including 5+ years in OT or industrial environments and 3–5 years in OT Security, cyber-physical security, or industrial risk roles.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, GICSP, GRID, CISM, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success supporting or closing complex OT Security deals in collaboration with Account Managers and Delivery teams.
  • Middle East / UAE market experience is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with an integrator, system integrator, or OT Cybersecurity vendor is highly desirable

Education in engineering (sciences – so computer or electrical or cyber or similar)
