Clinic Growth Manager / Operations & Sales Lead

We are considering you for a key position at Symmetry Dubai — the role of an operations manager with a strong commercial focus.
We are not just looking for a process administrator, but for someone who can maintain order, manage a team, and influence sales.
Main goal of the role:
To ensure stable and growing clinic performance, a high level of service, strong sales of treatment packages, and effective teamwork across all staff.
Key areas of responsibility:
1. Sales and revenue growth (priority)
- control of conversion from initial patients into treatment programs
- participation in sales of complex cases / VIP clients
- working with administrators and call center on scripts and sales discipline
- increasing the average check
- launching promotions, special offers, and service packages
- control of repeat sales / program renewals
- daily monitoring of metrics: bookings, attendance, sales, revenue
2. Clinic operations management
- ensuring smooth daily clinic operations
- managing schedules of doctors, administrators, and room utilization
- maintaining order in processes
- overseeing service quality and client experience
- quick resolution of current issues and emergencies
- control of supplies, procurement, and contractors
3. Team management
- managing administrators / front desk
- coordinating doctors on processes and discipline
- maintaining team motivation
- monitoring KPI performance
- participating in hiring and onboarding new staff
- conducting short briefings / weekly meetings
4. Development of products and new directions
- implementing new programs (recovery, longevity, IV, weight loss, etc.)
- packaging services together with management
- overseeing the launch of new offers
- collecting feedback from clients and the team
- proposing improvements to service and profitability
5. Metrics control and reporting
- daily owner report on key metrics
- weekly performance analysis
- identifying problem areas and solutions
- proposals on how to increase turnover and profit
