About This Role

Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to drive sales strategy, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and commercial performance across Qatar.
  • This role will lead sales activities across data centers, ICT, telecom infrastructure, cloud, AI, managed services, and digital transformation solutions, while strengthening strategic customer relationships and supporting business growth.
  • Key focus areas include:
  • Sales strategy and revenue growth
  • Enterprise customer acquisition and strategic account management
  • Sales pipeline, forecasting, and commercial performance
  • Tendering, proposal reviews, and commercial negotiations
  • Market intelligence and competitive positioning
  • Leadership of the sales team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 12 to 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior sales management role
  • Experience in ICT, telecom, data centers, cloud, digital infrastructure, or technology solutions is preferred
  • Strong GCC market and enterprise account management experience
