Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to drive sales strategy, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and commercial performance across Qatar.
- This role will lead sales activities across data centers, ICT, telecom infrastructure, cloud, AI, managed services, and digital transformation solutions, while strengthening strategic customer relationships and supporting business growth.
- Key focus areas include:
- Sales strategy and revenue growth
- Enterprise customer acquisition and strategic account management
- Sales pipeline, forecasting, and commercial performance
- Tendering, proposal reviews, and commercial negotiations
- Market intelligence and competitive positioning
- Leadership of the sales team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 12 to 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership
- Minimum 5 years in a senior sales management role
- Experience in ICT, telecom, data centers, cloud, digital infrastructure, or technology solutions is preferred
- Strong GCC market and enterprise account management experience
