Executive – Sales (Watches)

is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence of Hadi Enterprises' watches portfolio across the UAE.

Reporting to the Head of HORECA Sales / Division Head, the role focuses on developing new business opportunities, recovering inactive accounts, opening untapped sales channels, and building long-term customer relationships across retail, corporate, hospitality, gifting, e-commerce, and distribution sectors.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, commercially driven sales professional with strong business development capabilities, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to identify innovative sales opportunities beyond traditional channels.

Sales Growth & Business Development

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the watches division.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail stores, watch retailers, concept stores, gift shops, corporate clients, hospitality groups, duty-free operators, e-commerce platforms, and other emerging sales channels.
  • Explore untapped market segments and introduce creative approaches to generate incremental revenue.
  • Re-establish relationships with inactive or lost customers and convert them into active accounts.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, customer meetings, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and order closure.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across all Emirates.
  • Prepare customer-specific proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Represent Hadi Enterprises at exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and product launches to strengthen brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Account Recovery & Retention

  • Recover dormant customer accounts and rebuild long-term business relationships.
  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify opportunities to improve retention.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and maximize repeat business.
  • Address customer concerns professionally while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across multiple market segments.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the watches portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate customer account plans, relationship records, and sales pipeline updates within the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining strong commercial relationships.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, promotions, customer trends, and developments within the UAE watch market.
  • Identify new business models and emerging sales opportunities, including corporate gifting, loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, hospitality boutiques, travel retail, and online marketplaces.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business planning and product development.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, customer visit reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings, product training sessions, exhibitions, and business development initiatives.
  • Share market intelligence and best practices with the wider sales team.

Order Management & Commercial Compliance

  • Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status, stock availability, and customer delivery commitments.
  • Liaise with finance and credit control teams regarding outstanding payments and receivables.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of quotations, sales orders, customer agreements, and related commercial records.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions, quotations, opportunities, and sales activities.

Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across procurement, logistics, warehouse, finance, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Ensure timely, professional communication with customers and internal departments.
  • Support collaborative problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience within the UAE market.
  • Experience in watches, lifestyle products, accessories, retail, corporate gifting, consumer goods, distribution, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in developing new business opportunities and converting prospects into long-term customers.
  • Strong field sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of the UAE retail, hospitality, corporate, and distribution landscape.
  • Commercially driven with excellent business development capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and convert opportunities into sustainable business growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Own vehicle is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with premium watch or lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of the UAE retail, gifting, hospitality, and e-commerce markets.
  • Experience managing strategic customer accounts.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience participating in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify innovative market opportunities.
