Sales Executive – Traditional Trade (FMCG)
About This Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our company (FMCG) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining strong relationships with retail outlets, and expanding market coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers (retail shops, groceries, supermarkets)
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising in assigned outlets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution network
- Collect market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy
Requirements:
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Traditional Trade
- Strong knowledge of local market and retail landscape
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2–4 years in FMCG sales (Traditional Trade preferred)
