Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our company (FMCG) .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining strong relationships with retail outlets, and expanding market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers (retail shops, groceries, supermarkets)
  • Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising in assigned outlets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution network
  • Collect market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Traditional Trade
  • Strong knowledge of local market and retail landscape
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid driving license (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2–4 years in FMCG sales (Traditional Trade preferred)
