Overview
This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring product visibility, and executing sales strategies in the FMCG sector.
The Sales Executive plays a key role in increasing market share by expanding product availability, optimizing route plans, collecting market intelligence, and ensuring timely collections.
The employee will also coordinate with the supply chain and merchandising teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent in-market execution.
Work Description
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Ensure proper product visibility and availability at all assigned outlets.
Visit customers daily as per the route plan and ensure order taking and delivery follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Monitor competitors' activities including promotions, pricing, and new launches.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit customers effectively.
Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure displays are up to standard.
Report daily sales, stock levels, market feedback, and competitor activity.
Ensure proper execution of trade promotions and in-store activities.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
Adhere to all company policies, especially related to pricing, discounts, and product returns
Job Specifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales
Valid driver’s license (if field-based)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong knowledge of FMCG market and distribution channels
Fluent in English, Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
Immediate joiners are preferred.
